但是太陽(yáng)能可以也應(yīng)該是每個(gè)家庭或者小企業(yè)的選擇，每一個(gè)光禿的屋頂都是一個(gè)浪費(fèi)的機(jī)會(huì)。ESGE太陽(yáng)能議案將推動(dòng)美國(guó)太陽(yáng)能工業(yè)并保持我們?cè)鴦?chuàng)造的美國(guó)在科技上的領(lǐng)先地位，而其該議案也將能夠產(chǎn)生大批的投資和工作機(jī)會(huì)，并且最終減低最終客戶的能源消費(fèi)負(fù)擔(dān)。

21.07.2010: Continuing his push to create jobs and support Colorado’s growing clean energy industry, Colorado Congressman Jared Polis (D-CO), joined by Congresswoman Linda Sanchez (D-CA), has introduced H.R. 5763, the Solar Expansion of Distributed Generation Exponentially (EDGE) Act, to help spark investment in small scale “distributed generation” solar projects across the U.S. and encourage long-term job growth in the solar industry. “Colorado is a national leader in developing innovative clean energy technologies and our growing green economy,” said Congressman Polis. “Unfortunately, new solar power has been mostly confined to states like Colorado with solar-friendly regulations or large-scale projects that require expensive transmission infrastructure. 
Solar could and should be an easy choice for every household or small business; every empty rooftop is a wasted opportunity.  The Solar EDGE Act will boost the American solar industry, maintain America’s leadership in a technology we created, and promote a surge of new clean energy investment that will fuel job creation and drive down consumer energy prices.” …
