3M擴大了新加坡的制造設施項目，擴大其Scotchshield 薄膜生產(chǎn)線。這項擴產(chǎn)計劃在原有產(chǎn)量上增長一倍。新的生產(chǎn)線將會在２０１１年完成。

3M has expanded the Singapore manufacturing facility for its Scotchshield film - a line of backside-barrier films used in the production of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules.

This planned expansion doubles the production capacity of the facility in response to growing customer demand. This new phase of facility construction will be completed in 2011, the company says.
