美國(guó)能源部的國(guó)家再生能源實(shí)驗(yàn)室日前宣布，作為剛宣布的加快太陽能技術(shù)商業(yè)化的一部分，國(guó)家能源部正征求資金項(xiàng)目建議。

    伏技術(shù)孵化器合作項(xiàng)目目的在于促進(jìn)美國(guó)小企業(yè)和國(guó)家再生能源實(shí)驗(yàn)室部門間的相互合作。資助主要集中在具有高影響力的至關(guān)重要的領(lǐng)域，逐步發(fā)展光伏技術(shù)，滿足美國(guó)能源部到2015年減少對(duì)光伏發(fā)電成本和擴(kuò)大光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)安裝能力擴(kuò)的目標(biāo)。

    國(guó)家再生能源實(shí)驗(yàn)室（NREL）將接受這兩類計(jì)劃：第一類和第二類征集反應(yīng)。 （以前的幾輪光伏孵化器計(jì)劃，為征集意向書已分別印發(fā)了“ 預(yù)孵化器”和“ 對(duì)于這一輪孵化器”計(jì)劃。以下稱NREL所請(qǐng)求意向書一級(jí)和二級(jí)分類。）一級(jí)的項(xiàng)目通過12個(gè)月的分包合同，加快創(chuàng)新光伏組件相關(guān)技術(shù)發(fā)展原型階段可得到100萬美元金費(fèi)；  二級(jí)項(xiàng)目通過18個(gè)月分包合同，重點(diǎn)縮短過渡時(shí)間，安排到試點(diǎn)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新實(shí)驗(yàn)室最終可獲得高達(dá)400萬美元資金。

    The U. S. Department of Energy’s National Renewable Energy Laboratory is seeking project proposals as part of recently announced DOE funding to accelerate commercialization of solar energy technologies.
The Photovoltaic Technology Incubator project fosters collaboration between U.S. small businesses and     NREL and other DOE laboratories and facilities. Funding is intended to focus attention on high-impact areas that are critical to scaling-up PV technology and meet aggressive DOE goals to reduce the cost of PV-generated electricity and expand installed PV capacity by 2015.
    NREL will accept responses to this Solicitation in two categories: Tier 1 and Tier 2. (In previous rounds of the PV Incubator program, separate Solicitations for LOI have been issued under “Pre-Incubator” and “Incubator” programs. For this round, NREL is requesting LOI in the following Tier 1 and Tier 2 categories, bringing these two program areas under a single solicitation.)  Tier 1 projects will receive up to $1 million through 12 month subcontracts and focus on accelerating the development of innovative PV module-related technologies to the prototype stage. Tier 2 projects will receive up to $4 million through 18 month phased subcontracts and focus on shortening the timeline for companies to transition innovative lab-scale and pre-commercial prototypes into pilot and eventually full-scale manufacture.
