由Masdar投資、CMEC承建的烏茲Sherabad 500MW 光伏發(fā)電站已成功實現(xiàn)并網(wǎng)，思拓為其供貨近千臺光伏清掃機器人。項目全部投入運行后，每年可減少排放約120萬噸二氧化碳，節(jié)約2.6億立方的天然氣，節(jié)約36.6萬噸煤炭。此外，每年還可減少大量的灰渣及煙塵排放，節(jié)約用水，節(jié)能減排效益明顯。持續(xù)提升了當?shù)鼐G色電力供應能力，有效解決了烏茲別克斯坦能源短缺問題，促進當?shù)仉娏Ｊ蕉嘣约爱數(shù)厣鐣?jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展。

The 500MW PV power plant in Uzbekistan Sherabad, invested by Masdar and constructed by CMEC, has been successfully connected to the grid, and  Sol-Bright has supplied nearly 1000 cleaning robots. When fully operational, the project will reduce annual emissions of about 1.2 million tons of carbon dioxide, save 260 million cubic meters of natural gas, and save 366,000 tons of coal. In addition, it can also reduce a lot of ash and dust emissions every year, save water, energy saving and emission reduction benefits are obvious. It has continuously improved the local green power supply capacity, effectively solved the problem of energy shortage in Uzbekistan, and promoted the diversification of local power supply modes and the sustainable development of local society and economy.

攻堅克難  砥礪前行

- OVERCOMING DIFFICULTIES AND FORGING AHEAD -

由于地處荒漠，環(huán)境惡劣，生活衛(wèi)生條件差，思拓現(xiàn)場施工團隊面臨身心的巨大考驗。

Due to its location in the desert, relatively sub-standard environment and living health conditions, the construction team of Sol-Bright is facing a huge test of physical and mental health.

在項目經(jīng)理朱雙喜帶領下，思拓團隊積極克服各種不利因素影響，嚴格落實項目動態(tài)安裝情況，有序推進項目進程，經(jīng)過幾個月不懈努力，完成近千臺機器人安裝調試，所有機器人順利運行，贏得了業(yè)主及相關方的高度評價。

Under the leadership of the project manager Mr. Zhu Shuangxi, Sol-Bright team actively overcame various adverse factors, strictly implemented the dynamic installation of the project, and orderly promoted the project process. After several months of unremitting efforts, the installation and commissioning of nearly 1000 robots were completed, and all robots ran smoothly, winning high praise from the owner, EPC and relevant parties.

本項目采用第六代智能清掃機器人，具有輕量化、可扭轉、強越障、低能耗、易維護等特點，尤其是突出的越障能力，在頻繁受到風沙侵襲，清掃機器人清潔度可達到99.5%以上，大大降低了電站的灰塵損耗。同時，機器人實現(xiàn)與電站跟蹤支架動態(tài)配合，單臺最長運行里程達3000米，確保了光伏電站發(fā)電效率。

This project adopts the Gen.6 robot, which has the characteristics of lightweight, torsional plate design, strong obstacle crossing, low power consumption, easy to maintain, etc., especially the outstanding obstacle crossing ability. In the case of frequent sandstorms, the cleanliness of the cleaning robot can reach more than 99.5%, which greatly reduces the dust loss of the power station. At the same time, the robot realizes the dynamic cooperation with the tracker structures, and the longest running mileage of a single robot reaches 3,000 meters, ensuring the power generation efficiency of the PV power station.
